Remodeling can be an involved process, but Premier’s one-stop approach simplifies things dramatically, eliminating the hassles and cutting costs. Because every aspect of the project is planned for together, everything progresses and comes together smoothly, into a cohesive, complete whole—It’s a business model that few companies have adopted, but it’s a process Premier has perfected, giving customers the easiest, most enjoyable, most satisfying remodeling experience imaginable. While this one-stop approach is Premier’s trademark and the focus of their business, they are very well suited to handle single “stand-alone” projects as well.

Throughout the Premier design process, you will find the focus is on collaboration as your ideas and needs are melded into a workable design that will result in an elegant and luxurious finished project. From the outset, you will work one on one with an experienced, qualified designer. After an initial meeting, the designer will distill your ideas into a preliminary concept and provide you with a ballpark cost. When you feel Premier is a good fit for you and you decide to move forward, you pay a nominal design retainer to get that underway. The designer then uses your feedback about the preliminary concept to create more complete drawings and an exact cost proposal. When the package is presented, you again have an opportunity—and a third and fourth, if necessary—to provide feedback and to make adjustments. Only after you are happy with the design, have decided on all the options and products, and have a final cost proposal, will you sign a contract to begin the construction work.

Once have seen a preliminary concept and an estimated cost for your project, and feel Premier will be a good fit for you, you will be asked to pay a nominal fee to retain the Premier design services. Premier’s certified and experienced interior designers will invest significant resources into creating a design just for you. This layout/ space plan will be elegant, efficient and realistic. It will be created specifically for you, incorporating your personal lifestyle needs and your tastes, and considering the constraints of your space and budget. With these drawings, the Premier designer will also present you with a firm quotation and selections of materials for the project. To offset this investment of resources should you decide not to proceed, Premier charges a nominal design retainer of $750 per room, which is a fraction of what most companies charge. Also, though not the case with many companies, Premier applies that retainer to the cost of your project when you choose to proceed.
