Find Out What's Next!

I have some ideas for remodeling my kitchen and would like to know how feasible they are and what it would cost?

The first step is to call Premier Kitchen & Bath to make an appointment to visit our showroom. Take some photographs and dimensions of your existing space and, if you have them, bring magazine pictures of what you want your room to look like. At this initial consultation, you will see if Premier is a good fit, find out more about their services and get a rough estimate of costs.

I met with Premier and like their approach and the designer’s initial concepts.

The next step is to retain Premier’s design services by signing a one-page agreement and paying a $750/room design retainer. The designer will then meet with you in your home to take measurements, become more familiar with your style, and gather information to create the initial design.

The Premier designer came to my home and gathered information about what I want in the design.

The next step will occur in about a week, when the Premier designer presents an initial concept and more accurate pricing. You will also get a chance to see some samples and product options. Following this initial presentation, the designer will make adjustments and, in about a week, will have a second presentation prepared.

All my feedback has been incorporated and I’m happy with the design

Only now is it time to sign a contract. Once the contract is signed, Premier will begin ordering products and establish preliminary start date approximately eight weeks from the time the contract is signed.

I’ve signed a contract to begin the construction

The next step will occur in about six weeks after the contract is signed, when the pre-construction meeting is held at your home. Then, approximately two weeks later, construction will begin.

Sit back and enjoy. Feel free to ask any questions as construction progresses. Most Premier remodel projects are completed within eight weeks.
